Returns
Our Policy is no refunds. For hygienic and waste prevention purposes, we do not except returns and give no refunds for any products except approved apparel and some accessories. We do accept approved exchanges for damaged or malfunctioning jewelry and apparel and accessories.
Acceptable Exchanges
Apparel , Jewelry, and Accessories must be unworn, unwashed items. When returning include the original receipt and packaging, within 30 days of your purchase. Approved items can be returned for an exchange only.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged to exchange it for the same item. Please send us an email to tribewalks@tribewalks.com with sales receipt , and complaint, and pictures. Detailed instruction of steps to exchange will emailed in return.
